About Machine: The machine is hydraulic press to press the bearing in the alloy wheel of the motorcycle. Both the bearings in the alloy wheel are pressed in a single cycle. The machine accommodates total three no. of models by simply changing the rest pads 8i pressing & locating mandrels without disturbing electrical setup. The presses have two cycles, in one cycle it press the bearings & in the other it presses the oil seal. The whole cycle is PLC controlled. Total no of three machines are supplied to Yamaha in the respected months.
