We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a leading SPM Manufacturer & Designer. “PARK-SUN TOOLS” has been established by Late Mr. R.P Dhiman in 1980 with a vision to manufacture various Tooling & Special Purpose machines. The company is managed by Mr. Subhash Dhiman having over 30 years of experience in the designing & manufacturing of SPM’s.
We are specialized in manufacturing of Industrial Machinery including Multi Spindle Rough Boring machines, Multi Spindle Fine Boring machines, Multi Spindle Drilling machines, Double Station Milling machines, Shocker Testing rigs, Assembly Units, Trimming Machines, Various Types of Hydraulic Press, Various Types of Pneumatic Press, etc.

Rotary Cylinder

Rotary cylinder: An apparatus that transforms the energy of pressurized air into rotational movement.

Power Pack

A hydraulic power pack is a stand-alone assembly consisting of a drive motor, hydraulic pump and hydraulic fluid tank. The drive motor is connected to the hydraulic pump via a shaft and drives this. The motor and pump can be installed on the tank, as well as inside the tank in oil.

Drilling Machine

The machine is a twin spindle drilling machine with a pneumatic feed & pneumatic indexing slide. It has a variably adjustable centre distance twin spindle drill head.

Hydraulic Press 150 - TON Pillar Type

• Cylindrical dia of 300mm with a given tonnage of 150TON at a working pressure of 210Kg/cm^2, the press is having an auto loading & unloading facility of the component.

Double Head Servo Drive Boring Machine

* Boring Machine, a machine for producing smooth and accurate holes in a workpiece by enlarging existing holes with the bore. The machine is having independent slides for the independent components. Two components are loaded on the fixtures having hydraulic clamping.

Cam Drum Testing Machine

• Cam drum testing machine is used to test the performance of two-wheeler front suspension, back suspension, vibration & durability test.

8 TON Hyrdopneumatic Press with Servo Controlled Auto Loader for Ring Gear

• The Machine is a Hydro pneumatic press for ring gear & flywheel assembly. Also attached a servo auto loader to load the ring gear from heating machine on the press.

CNC Pipe Threading Machine

• Fully Automatic CNC machine with accurate and precise pipe maching. A spiral ridge is formed on the end of the pipe.

Servo Welding Machine

• Fully automatic welding machine which can weld a profile on a component.

Belt Conveyor Machine

• Belt conveyor machine which can scan the dust and unwanted particles in the tobacco

Sizing Press

The machine is 15tonn horizontal press having two pressing hydraulic cylinders of 150mm dia placed opposite to each other & having a floating fixture in between them. It will resize the knuckle of the shock absorber.

DOUBLE STATION SWAGGING MACHINE

• The machine is double station swaging machine for reservoir tube of shock absorber. The machine is having an auto loader & un loader for component. It can swage the tube from both sides as well as if required can swaged from one side also. The machine is having hydraulic cylinders for swaging & loading & unloading is done with the help of pneumatic cylinders.

Dowel Press and Notching Machine

• Machine can perform two tasks at a time, it can press two dowels and perform a notching process simultaneously which ultimately reduced the cycle time.
