About Machine: The machine is specially designed for boring the arm of the sewing machine. The machine is having imported boring spindles. The component is mounted in the fixture & both the boring spindles are mounted on the hydraulic slides and bores at the same time. The third spindle which is mounted perpendicularly to these spindles comes after they retract to their home position & does the third bore just perpendicular to the other two bores. The perpendicularity of 0.01mm has achieved w.r.t for each bore & 118 accuracies of the respective holes are achieved.
